TruePrecepts is led by Jim Greear, an ordained minister, corporate chaplain, and certified Kauffman FastTrac instructor with more than thirty years as the strategic advisor business owners trust when the market shifts.

Jim is the founder of FOCUS EFFORTS and the author of more than a dozen books on business alignment, turnaround, capital, and faith in the marketplace. He has helped launch hundreds of ventures, secured over $250 million in capital for the businesses he serves, and mentors entrepreneurs through SCORE, the UCF Incubator, and the National Entrepreneur Center. He teaches because he believes business is one of the most powerful places God grows a person, when it is approached in humility.
